From confirmation to the courier’s arrival: this is how your order travels.
Order received. We have sent confirmation with instructions for your chosen payment method.
Your order is carefully packed at our warehouse in Campobello di Mazara.
The parcel is travelling by express courier to your address. Delivery expected within 2–3 working days in mainland Italy, Sicily and Sardinia; 3–4 on smaller islands.
The courier will ring your doorbell. Have some warm bread ready to enjoy your freshly delivered olive oil!
Frequently asked
We prepare and hand over your parcel within 24–48 working hours of confirmation; for bank transfers, this starts when funds arrive. We email your tracking details when it ships.
