Drop us a line at info@tunnaliva.com or through the contact page, within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
We reply with the return instructions: the address to ship to and the steps to prepare the parcel without surprises.
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal, adequately protected for transport. Prior authorisation is not required to exercise this right.
The refund deadline is 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may withhold payment until receipt of the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method at no extra cost; withdrawal from the whole order includes standard delivery costs.
Being food does not automatically exclude withdrawal. Exceptions concern goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. Rights concerning defects and non-conformity remain unaffected.
For damaged or non-conforming goods, contact us: statutory remedies are free of charge. Photos and prompt reporting help us resolve the issue; 48 hours is not a cut-off for your rights. We arrange replacement, refund or another remedy provided by law.
Email info@tunnaliva.com with your full name, order number, products to return and an email address for our reply. You do not need to give a reason.
