The Farmbook
Farmbook (paragraph 3 of art. 42 of Italian DPR n. 290/01) is a mandatory register for all farms that use plant protection products to protect agricultural crops.
It is a useful tool that allows recording all the treatments and processes that are carried out on the olive groves, thus telling the story of everything that happens during the campaign until the olive harvest.
More specifically, the Farmbook is used to record the list of plant protection treatments, with dates and doses of the products used. Its filling-in is regulated by current regulations (paragraph 3 of art. 16 of Legislative Decree no. 150/12).
One of our three founding values is the Awareness, and this drives us to share the Farmbook with our Customers in order to increase knowledge about what we eat in a transparent way.
