Shipping Info
Tunnaliva is committed to deliver the product/s to the Customer at the address indicated by him during the purchase procedure in the appropriate "Shipping data" field.

Shipping costs for Italy are € 8.90 for orders up to € 70. For orders over € 70, shipping is free in Italy.

Shipping time
All purchases will be delivered by courier, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Deliveries are normally made within 3-4 working days, starting from the day following the one in which the purchase order was confirmed by email by Tunnaliva unless otherwise indicated on the website.
Tunnaliva is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or those not attributable to it.

Shipment tracking
The shipping offered is "traceable" and can be constantly followed once the products are entrusted to the carrier. The Customer will receive an informative notification on the status of the shipment through an e-mail or a text message provided by the Customer during the order phase.

Shipping procedure
The shipping service, provided by Poste Italiane, involves a delivery attempt to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient, a notification will be sent to the same by sms / email provided by the Customer through which he will be able to exercise, within 24:00, the release option by selecting the link provided in the notification.
In cases where the recipient does not exercise the release option within the indicated time, the second delivery attempt will take place automatically on the day following that of the first attempt.
The following are the available release methods: a) return of the same address or new address, b) delivery to the post office (*), c) delivery to the post office (*), d) delivery to the post office-locker (*).

In case of non-delivery even on the second attempt, the courier will leave a new notice with the references of the Post Office / Depots where the shipment will be stored. The recipient can collect the shipment at the Post Office / Depots in the following 7 working days. If the recipient fails to collect the shipment within the terms of storage, the shipment will be sent to the sender.

Shipping with damaged / tampered packaging
Upon receipt of the products, the user is required to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the carrier's letter and that their packaging is intact, has not been tampered with and is not damaged.
In the event that the Customer finds any external damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages, he must immediately place a written control reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery or refuse acceptance of the damaged package by writing the reason in pen on the waybill that the Courier requests to sign upon receipt of delivery.
The Customer who has accepted the package subject to inspection and has subsequently found damage to the product must report the damage within 2 months of delivery by sending a registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

The Customer is requested to specify the reason for the complaint, the purchase order number, the invoice and must attach photographic documentation,
If the Customer does not act in the manner and within the terms indicated in the previous point of this article, he will lose the rights to replacement or reimbursement.
Following the complaint presented by the Customer, Tunnaliva will replace the damaged product. In the event that, for any reason, Tunnaliva is unable to replace the product, it will be able to return the entire amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or greater value in agreement with the Customer.
