Who we are and what we do

We are a small family-run farm located in the so-called "Valle del Belice", in Sicily. We cultivate "Nocellara del Belice" olives and product Tunnaliva EVO oil, that is certified PGI Sicilia.

We cultivate our olive trees throughout the year with care and love, from the oldest to the little ones according to the teaching of our grandparents

We take all necessary measures to respect nature and minimize the waste of resources

We offer a genuine oil, with the formula "from producer to consumer" without other intermediate steps

Where Tunnaliva EVO Oil comes from?

Ogni anno intorno alla metà di Ottobre comincia la campagna di raccolta delle olive "Nocellara del Belice" provenienti esclusivamente dai nostri Uliveti siti nella Valle del Belice, in Sicilia

Milling takes place within 48 hours after the harvest to preserve the quality of the olives. We use a cold extraction (below 27 ° C) to preserve all the nutrients present in the fruit.

Our EVO oil is an artisanal product, we are farmers and we carry out all the cultivations on the olive groves in a sustainable way ensuring a high quality standard

Tunnaliva extra virgin olive oil has a medium intensity fruity flavor with harmoniously balanced bitter and spicy vegetal notes; the aftertaste is fresh and persistent
